Academic Criteria:
Have completed one of the following:
Relevant health related Level 3 qualification, or
Achieved NCEA level 2 or equivalent or
Successfully applied for Special Admission (if over 20 years old)
International student additionally:
Achieved IELTS level 5.5 (average) with no band lower than 5.0 (or equivalent) if English is an applicant's second language. (Please note it is highly recommended that students find out the specific IELTS requirements of their preferred degree pathway.)
Admissions Processes:
Where a domestic student does not appear fluent in English (i.e., able to speak or understand easily in English, without a lot of pauses), they will be required to complete the LN entry evaluation to confirm language comprehension.
Equipment:
All ākonga are required to have access to a computer or laptop, a microphone, and a reliable internet connection for learning. Mobile phones are not suitable for completing coursework.
